Hugo Wei Li

Recently graduated Doctor of Educational Sciences (KU Leuven, December 2025) with a portfolio bridging pedagogical research, evidence-informed curriculum design, and emerging-technology adoption in learning contexts. Education researcher and learning support professional with experience in seminar coordination, student feedback, educational project management, and international school-facing education work. Passionate about K-12 education of China.

2025 年 12 月获鲁汶大学教育学博士学位。研究与实践横跨教学研究、循证课程设计,以及教育场景中的新兴技术应用。教育研究者与学习支持专业人士,具备研讨课协调、学生反馈、教育项目管理及面向国际学校的工作经验;关注中国 K-12 教育。

Based in Leuven, Belgium. Alongside research and teaching, I build AI × education tools such as Guardian AI (invite-only beta). Before the doctorate I worked in project management and education-sector roles in China (including Accenture and the 21st Century Education Research Institute).

现居比利时鲁汶。在研究与教学之外,也构建 AI × 教育工具,如守望者 AI(邀请内测中)。博士之前,在中国从事项目管理与教育行业工作(包括埃森哲与21世纪教育研究院)。
